Hi there! I am excited to be the Grade 4/5 teacher this year at Wabamun School! I am a mom to two adult daughters and one very active teen boy, and a stepmom to three adult children. I have an extensive background working with children in multiple settings. The enjoyment I found teaching children various skills led me to discover my passion for education. I went to Concordia University of Edmonton and received my degree in 2022.
I believe in providing a safe, welcoming, caring environment that appreciates diversity. When students feel like they belong, it encourages them to stay in school.
I cannot wait to embark on our learning journey together!
