Each student at Wabamun School is provided with a student agenda at the beginning of each school year. At the front of each student agenda is a Student Handbook containing a calendar of events, bell times, student expectations, fee and reporting information and much more.
We welcome parent volunteers at Wabamun School. School Volunteers are given a Volunteer Handbook to guide them through the opportunities and expectations required by Wabamun School. A Volunteer Orientation Night will be held during September as a friendly get-together and to familiarize volunteers with Wabamun School Volunteer Policies.
Parkland School Division’s first priority is the safety, security, and well being of our students and staff. While we hope our schools are never faced with an emergency situation, we are prepared to respond to an incident if one should occur.
Each month a school newsletter along with a monthly calendar is sent home to provide families with upcoming information on school events. The Wabamun School Newsletters are distributed the last Thursday of each month. One copy is given to the youngest sibling of each family attending our school. Electronic versions are available on this website and can also be forwarded to email recipients upon request.
