Hello! My name is Katie Thompson and I’m excited to be joining Wabamun School. I look forward to meeting everyone and seeing more of what this community has to offer. I have been teaching in Edmonton for the last 6 years, but I’m no stranger to small town life as I grew up in Onoway. Prior to becoming a teacher I worked as an environmental biologist. When I’m not teaching I enjoy running, playing hockey, and spending time with my dog, Dug!
